Specifications for your submission

*	The DKG expects to receive all documentation relating to the implementation of your sponsorship by 16 November 2026. Failure to submit any documentation, or submission of incomplete documentation, by this date may result in your sponsorship not being implemented, or being implemented only partially.
*	All prices are quoted as net prices (plus the VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany at the time). All financial contributions are subject to tax at the place of supply (in this case: Germany), regardless of whether the participant is resident in Germany or abroad. The reverse-charge mechanism therefore does not apply. You will find the organiser’s VAT registration number on the invoice.
